Chapati Wisdom

Doing good rather than bad will give no cause for regret.

A True Story....

A woman baked chapati for members of her family and an extra one for a hungry passerby. She kept the extra chapati on the Window-sill, for whosoever would take it away. Everyday, a hunchback came and took away the chapati. Instead of expressing gratitude, he muttered the following words as he went his way: "The evil you do remains with you: The good you do, comes back to you!" This went on, day after day. Everyday, the hunch-back came, picked up the chapati and uttered the words: "The evil you do, remains with you: The good you do, comes back to you!" The woman felt irritated. "Not a word of gratitude," she said to herself...

"Everyday this hunchback utters this jingle! What does he mean? "One day, exasperated, she decided to do away with him. "I shall get rid of this hunchback," she said. And what did she do? She added poison to the Chapatti she prepared for him! As she was about to keep it on the window sill, her hands trembled. "What is this I am doing?" she said Immediately, she threw the chapati into the fire, prepared another one and kept it on the window- sill. As usual, the hunchback came, picked up the chapati and muttered the words: "The evil you do, remains with you: The good you do, comes back to you!" The hunchback proceeded on his way, blissfully unaware of the war raging in the mind of the woman.

Everyday, as the woman placed the chapati on the window-sill, she offered a prayer for her son who had gone to a distant place to seek his fortune. For many months, she had no news of him.. She prayed for his safe return. That evening, there was a knock on the door. As she opened it, she was surprised to find her son standing in the doorway.. He had grown thin and lean. His garments were tattered and torn. He was hungry, starved and weak. As he saw his mother, he said, "Mom, it's a miracle I'm here. While I was but a mile away, I was so famished that I collapsed. I would have died, but just then an old hunchback passed by. I begged of him for a morsel of food, and he was kind enough to give me a whole chapati."As he gave it to me, he said, "This is what I eat everyday: today, I shall give it to you, for your need is greater than mine!" " As the mother heard those words, her face turned pale.

She leaned against the door for support. She remembered the poisoned chapati that she had made that morning. Had she not burnt it in the fire, it would have been eaten by her own son, and he would have lost his life! It was then that she realized the significance of the words:"The evil you do remains with you: The good you do, comes back to you!"Do good and
; Don't ever stop doing good, even if it’s not appreciated at that time.

If you like this, share it with others and I bet you so many lives would be affected.

Have A nice Day :)

PAPAYA

Papaya

No need to cry about scarcity of blueberries, strawberries, etc in SINGAPORE. We have our wonderful payayas, pineapples and bananas, and durians and mangoes are affordable.

Papaya was the only studied food found to halt breast cancer

Scientists studied 14 plant foods commonly consumed in Mexico to determine their ability to halt breast cancer cell growth. These included avocado, black sapote, fuava, mango, prickly pear cactus (nopal), pineapple, grapes, tomato, and papaya. They also evaluated beta-carotene, total plant phenolics, and gallic acid contents and antioxidant capacity. They found that only papaya had a significant effect on stopping breast cancer cell growth. (International Journal of Food Science and Nutrition, May)
Papaya is a store-house of cancer fighting lycopene

The intense orangey-pink color of papaya means it is chock full of cancer fighting carotenoids. Not only beta carotene, but lycopene is found in abundance. The construction of lycopene makes it highly reactive toward oxygen and free radicals.

Scientists at the University of Illinois think this anti-oxidant activity contributes to its effectiveness as a cancer fighting agent. Epidemiological studies have indicated an inverse relationship between lycopene intake and prostate cancer risk. They showed that oral lycopene is highly bioavailable, accumulates in prostate tissue, and is localized in the nucleus of prostate epithelial cells.

In addition to antioxidant activity, other experiments have indicated that lycopene induces cancer cell death, anti-metastatic activity, and the up-regulation of protective enzymes. Phase I and II studies have established the safety of lycopene supplementation. (Cancer Letter, October 8, 2008)

Prostate cancer was the subject of a study in Australia that looked at 130 prostate cancer patients and 274 hospitalized controls. The scientists found that men who consumed the most lycopene-rich fruits and vegetables such as papaya were 82% less likely to have prostate cancer. In this study, green tea also exerted a powerful anti-cancer effect. When lycopene-rich foods were consumed with green tea, the combination was even more effective, an outcome the researchers credited to their synergy. ( Asia Pacific Journal of Clinical Nutrition, 2007)

Isothiocyanates found in papaya restore the cell cycle to eliminate cancer

Organo-sulfur compounds called isothiocyanates are found in papaya. In animal experiments, isothiocyanates protected against cancers of the breast, lung, colon pancreas, and prostate, as well as leukemia, and they have the potential to prevent cancer in humans. Isothiocyanates have shown themselves capable of inhibiting both the formation and development of cancer cells through multiple pathways and mechanisms. (International Journal of Oncology), October, 2008)

Researchers in Japan clarified the mechanisms of action in a type of isothiocyanate found in papaya known as BITC, that underlies the relationship between cell cycle regulation and appropriate cell death. When cancerous cells die on schedule, they are no longer a problem. The researchers established that BITC exerted cancer cell killing effects that were greater in the proliferating cells than in the quiescent cells. Cancer cells that are proliferating are much more dangerous than cancer cells that are in a state of dormancy. (Forum of Nutrition, 2009)

Enzymes from papaya digest proteins including
those that protect tumors

The fruit and other parts of the papaya tree, also known as the paw paw tree, contain papain and chymopapain, powerful proteolytic enzymes that facilitate chemical reactions in the body. They promote digestion by helping to break down proteins from food into amino acids that can be recombined to produce protein useable by humans. Proteolytic enzymes protect the body from inflammation and help heal burns. They do a good job of digesting unwanted scar tissue both on the skin and under its surface.

Research has shown that the physical and mental health of people is highly dependent on their ability to produce proteins they can use effectively. However, as people age, they produce less of the enzymes needed to effectively digest proteins from food and free needed amino acids. They are left with excessive amounts of undigested protein which can lead to overgrowth of unwanted bacteria in the intestinal tract, and a lack of available amino acids.

Eating papaya after a meal promotes digestion, and helps prevent bloating, gas production, and indigestion. It is quite helpful after antibiotic use to replenish friendly intestinal bacteria that were the casualties in the war against the unwanted bacteria. When the intestinal tract is well populated with friendly bacteria, the immune system is strengthened, and can better protect against flu and cancer.

Being a proteolytic enzyme, papain is able to destroy intestinal parasites, which are composed mostly of protein. To rid the body of intestinal parasites, half a cup of papaya juice can be alternated each hour for twelve consecutive hours with the same amount of cucumber or green bean juice.

Papaya contains fibrin, another useful compound not readily found in the plant kingdom. Fibrin reduces the risk of blood clots and improves the quality of blood cells, optimizing the ability of blood to flow through the circulatory system. Fibrin is also important in preventing stokes. Proteolytic enzymes containing fibrin are a good idea for long plane rides to minimize the potential of blood clots in the legs. People who sit at a desk all day might want to use proteolytic enzymes too.

Proteolytic enzymes are able to digest and destroy the defense shields of viruses, tumors, allergens, yeasts, and various forms of fungus. Once the shield is destroyed, tumors and invading organisms are extremely vulnerable and easily taken care of by the immune system.

Undigested proteins can penetrate the gut and wind up in the bloodstream where they are treated by the immune system as invaders. If too many undigested proteins are floating around, the immune system becomes overburdened and unable to attend to the other tasks it was meant to do. Proteolytic enzymes can digest these rogue proteins, freeing up the immune system.

Let's ensure a slice of papaya every day in our diet. Papaya juice will be great.

( Have a Nice Day :) )

Malaysia Citizens

Malaysia Rules! I love Malaysia! I do Love Malaysia, but actually i don't think it rules that much though. Take a look at this post i copied.

If you're lazy to read this post, or u wan to see the actual post, press this link >>>TheMalaysianInsider

(KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 7 — First-class education system, a corruption-free government, zero tolerance on racism and the basic skill to communicate properly are all on one Malaysian’s mind when he chooses to work in Australia.

Anthony Leong, 30, an application support programmer, said he is considering giving up his Malaysian citizenship and live in Australia permanently, for the sake of his future family.

He said he had become frustrated at the corrupted system, the quality of local university graduates and the red tape he had to go through to apply for welfare support for his 70-year-old disabled aunt, among other things.

He is now a permanent resident in Australia, working for the Queensland Department of Employment, Economic Development and Innovation, and is considering applying to be an Australian citizen once he has convinced his father and sister to move with him.

Low purchasing power, racism, political instability, low income, race-based policies, crime rates and non-dual citizenship laws are seen as some of the reasons that have kept a lot of Malaysian talents anywhere but here, 300,000 annually to be exact.

Another Malaysian who had also chosen to be Down Under felt unappreciated in Malaysia.

“I am a Malaysian who loves my country but I do not feel loved. Why then should I stay?” Wesley Wong, 25, a software developer in Australia, told The Malaysian Insider.

His deep sense of frustration was echoed by many who are working abroad.

“The country should learn that all Malaysians love their country. Any Malaysian who does not feel appreciated in their own country will definitely find elsewhere to go because they realise that their future is bleak,” he said in an e-mail interview.

Leigh Howard, South Asia director for Talent2 International Limited, told The Malaysian Insider that approximately 300,000 Malaysians leave the country for better education, work and business prospects, quoting figures released by the government.

“That would compare with a figure of 80,000 for a country such as Australia which has a similar size population and workforce,” he said.

He added that Malaysia is lacking talents in the services sector, technology, banking, as well as in oil and gas.

Brian Fernandez, 40, a headhunter for senior and middle management positions for the last decade at Talent Search International, said those talents are lost to Singapore, all over Europe and the Middle East.

“Setting up Talent Corp is a nice blah blah but it’s not real,” he said, dismissing the initiative launched yesterday.

The prime minister announced at its launch yesterday that foreigners and Malaysians living abroad can soon apply for a new resident pass that will allow them to live and work in Malaysia for up to 10 years at a time.

Although he had earlier said that Talent Corporation, which was established under the Prime Minister’s Department, will spearhead initiatives to attract the estimated 700,000 skilled Malaysians currently working abroad, the prime minister did not mention the ambitious figure at the launch.

Instead, Najib announced a new policy to retain and attract talent to Malaysia.

He said the resident pass will be made available to highly-skilled expatriates seeking to continue working and living in Malaysia as well as Malaysians residing overseas.

Unlike an employment pass, he said the resident pass has the advantage of not being tied to an employer and it can be issued for a longer period.

Najib, also the finance minister, said the pass will also be available to those originally from Malaysia as well as their offspring who no longer hold Malaysian citizenship.

Following the announcements, however, he did not specify how the new body will reach out to those “highly-skilled talents”.

Fernandez was sceptical about how the new initiative will pan out, even before the launch yesterday.

“Malaysia is very good with plans, but when it comes to execution, it’s a different story,” he said.

The Malaysian Insider had reported that Singapore had trumped Malaysia in the brain gain stakes, according to a recent Gallup poll which saw the island-state beat some 150 countries to come out as the most favoured destination in the world for educated migrants.

Fernandez cited his family as “a classic case” as one of his sisters is working for the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland and another in Singapore.

Fernandez, who has a university degree and a small child, had also left for Singapore in his late 30s, said that he was “one of thousands who had left Malaysia in the last two years.”

He said Malaysia had lost a lot of talents in technology because the skill is very transferable and that “Singapore is a good example of a vacuum cleaner, sucking talents out of Malaysia.”

He added that Malaysians in the banking and financial industry, especially accountants, are being offered better salaries and benefits abroad, whom he said, usually stay on in the country and do not return.

Fernandez used the biotech industry in Malaysia as an example of the many sectors which need to improve, to gain talents.

“Singapore went through that as well. They had a 10-year plan, bought global talents from the UK, the US, there were a lot of PhD students. They grew the talent pool and now they have more than 1,000 PhD holders,” he said.

He credited the government for its efforts and said that at least Malaysia is headed in the right direction as he noticed that talents are being paid better in recent years and that senior management salaries had gone up in government agencies as well as government-linked companies.

SOLUTIONS FOR THE PHENOMENON

Howard said that even though there is an incentive package for repatriating Malaysians which includes tax exemption for importing a car and leeway for their children to enter international schools, “however more could be done.”

Under the Human Resources Ministry’s “Return of Experts Programme”, an approved returnee is entitled to bring back two cars tax-free, as well as the applicant’s accumulated income, also tax-free.

However, this is hardly an incentive as in Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) countries which do not have approved permits (AP) or prohibitive taxes on imported cars.

Howard said the solution to this brain drain phenomenon is twofold.

“In a broader sense, the same types of economic and social conditions which attract quality immigration will assist with repatriation, (for example) there needs to be material improvements in education, career and working life.

“At the same time, there are some very specific initiatives that would target and attract Malaysians to return home. All of them involve a considerably more detailed and proactive approach,” he said.

He suggested the government follow the footsteps of large multinational companies in the private sector that invest heavily in their employee value proposition (EVP) and review specifically at this target group.

He also said the level of outreach needs to be highly proactive as policies and standard incentive programmes can only go so far.

“(The government) needs to adopt a less passive and highly rigorous approach to identification, communication, and interaction with this pool of people. It’s not impossible to map out and identify Malaysians living overseas, it just involves work. Following up from this, the type of engagement programme needs to be sophisticated enough to have a long-term impact on repatriation numbers. Whether it’s accelerated resettlement, incentive programmes or fundamental changes to the Malaysian economy ... will also play a role,” he said.

“It may not come as a surprise that the private sector is already undertaking its own efforts to identify and repatriate Malaysians into mission critical roles within their organisations,” he said.

Fernandez said some of the ways to stop Malaysian talents from leaving are to have better physical security, better policing and opportunities, adding that “it’s not always about the money”.

“A trickle will be a flood. If there are opportunities, people will come back,” he said optimistically.

Currently, he said there is a net outflow rather than inflow of talents and warned that it will get worse next year.

However, Fernandez said that losing Malaysians might not be the end of the prime minister’s vision for the country to be a high-income and a developed nation by 2020.

“If we are losing Malaysians and can’t get them back, then hire foreigners. It’s not easy for a foreigner to get work permit here and that’s a mistake. It should be more difficult for unskilled workers,” he said.

In the National Economic Advisory Council (NEAC) report on the New Economic Model (NEM), it says that the numbers of expatriates have fallen from nearly 90,000 in 2000 to nearly half of that by 2008.

The net result is a “shortage of dynamic talent to push Malaysia into higher added value activities”.

“We are competing globally, so we need to look globally. It’s not a zero-sum game, it is not that if you bring in a foreigner, it’s at the expense of a local,” he said, adding that bringing in international talents can spur more job opportunities.

MALAYSIA IS NOT ALONE

Howard was quick to add that Malaysia is not alone in the brain drain phenomenon, and that every country experiences immigration and emigration flows, which constantly affects the calibre of the workforce.

“What you need to do is examine is the brain exchange, (for example) that you ensure the skills entering the country are at least the same or ideally superior than those exiting. Malaysia’s challenge is that our emigrants are more skilled than our immigrants (and our general population),” he said.

Howard stressed that the government should improve on the selection, settlement and integration of skilled immigrants to help boost the quality of the workforce in Malaysia. He said that not only do skilled immigrants provide a higher calibre workforce through their own efforts, but they also indirectly improve the skills and knowledge of those around them.

The report by the NEAC on the NEM laments that “we are not developing talent and what we do have are leaving”.The report says that currently, some 350,000 Malaysians are working abroad, with over half of them having tertiary education.

This leaves more than 80 per cent of the workforce with SPM-level qualification, and their wages are being continually suppressed by the vast availability of foreign workers and other barriers like subsidies and price controls.

According to the World Bank, Malaysians residing overseas numbered only 9,576 in 1960 while the world’s total registered migration was 382,912 per nation. By 2005, the world’s registered migration increased to an average of 919,302 per nation, an increase of 2.4 times. However, Malaysia’s emigration numbers rose to 1,489,168, an almost 100-fold increase over the 45-year period.

Many first world countries have schemes to attract talents from all over the world. The closest example is Singapore, which has employer-sponsored (Scheme 1) working visas, which are issued within three working days on receipt of application. And under its Scheme 4, top-notch professionals are “purposely” sought from all over the world and attracted to reside in Singapore.

Jonathan Monteiro, 28, a headhunter, described this phenomenon as a chicken or egg situation, where because of the lack of talents in Malaysia in certain industries, investors hesitate to invest, hence the limited pool of Malaysian talents will opt to leave the country for better opportunities, mostly to where the said companies invested in.

Monteiro said most Malaysians are tempted to work abroad because salaries offered are more attractive.

For example, he said, certain jobs in Qatar pay Malaysians about 85 per cent more than what they do here. Monteiro said he is considering moving to Qatar next year to be in the human resources industry.

“When you come back, you’ll definitely need to take a salary cut,” he said, adding that no one he knows was working in a company in Malaysia that could match their salaries abroad.

He said, however, that some of them will eventually return to Malaysia, “simply because it is home.”

RETAIN AND RECRUIT TALENTS

Lyvian Loh, 27, a market analyst in the US, said among other things, health insurance is very affordable, there is freedom of speech and it has a less stressful lifestyle.

She said there is also “lesser expectations of entertaining your superiors to get a better positions or to get promoted”, the pay is relevant to your degree or ability, and that the purchasing power is higher there than in Malaysia.

“It is definitely a problem for the country but is a benefit for the particular individual. If a country doesn’t appreciate the talents and qualifications in their own country, the individual may as well go to a better place where people appreciate them while giving them a better life,” she said of the brain drain phenomenon.

Jesse Lee, 30, a senior accountant in the US, said following completion of her degree at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Indiana, she had only wanted to stay on for a few years to learn the culture and the working lifestyle there, but had since changed her mind.

“Gradually, I fell in love with the people, environment and the surroundings here. Not only there’s the higher salary, you get the freedom you don’t have back home. You know, here’s just like what Alicia Keys described in her song — if you can make it here, you can make it everywhere, concrete jungle is where the dreams are made of, there’s nothing you can’t do.

“It gives you hope. You know as long as you work hard, you will achieve what you dreamed of. But there’s a huge trade off for working abroad. You don’t get to see your families and friends often,” she said.

Asked what the solutions might be, she said the government should “walk the talk.”

“1 Malaysia isn’t just a slogan. The government should really put in effort to unite the people and create a ‘home’ for us. Fix the corruption and reduce crimes,” she said.

Wong had similar initial plans as Lee and had also changed his course.

“I had wanted to return to Malaysia to help my family business when I was studying for my bachelor’s but some time in 2007/2008 but I changed my mind and decided to stay in Australia. This was because I saw no future in Malaysia with the current system in place. My parents had advised me to stay in Australia as well,” he said.

Wong called for open tenders for projects, lower crime rates and that the government should do away with race-based policies and emphasise on meritocracy instead.

“The brain drain phenomenon has been a problem since many years ago. Many Malaysians have realised that you will never get anywhere if you don’t pull the right strings. This has spurred many Malaysians to leave the country in search of greener pastures where they can be appreciated. Malaysia has been stuck in the middle-income trap for many years and will still be for many years to come because the level of education there is appalling.

“Malaysia can’t continue on with its manufacturing sectors because many other countries can do the same thing for a cheaper price but yet Malaysia continues to churn out many sub-par graduates with poor language skills. As it goes, Malaysia won’t move on to the next stage after manufacturing, which is to start designing and inventing products because of the lack of talent in the country,” he said.

Among other things that Malaysians working abroad complain about are the rampant racism which they felt is more tolerated in Malaysia compared to where they are, having to choose only one citizenship and oppressive laws such as the Internal Security Act.)

Have a nice day :)

IT COULD SAVE YOUR LIFE

WRITTEN BY A POLICE OFFICER -( IT COULD SAVE YOUR LIFE)...

Everyone should take 5 minutes to read this. It may save your life or a loved one's life.
In daylight hours, refresh yourself
of these things to do
in an emergency situation...
This is for you,
and for you to share
with your wife,
your children,
everyone you know.
After reading these 9 crucial tips,
forward them to someone you care about.
It never hurts to be careful
in this crazy world we live in.

1. Tip from Tae Kwon Do :
The elbow is the strongest point
on your body.
If you are close enough to use it, do!

2.. Learned this from a tourist guide.
If a robber asks for your wallet and/or purse,
DO NOT HAND IT TO HIM.
Toss it away from you....
Chances are that he is more interested
in your wallet and/or purse than you,
and he will go for the wallet/purse.
RUN LIKE MAD IN THE OTHER DIRECTION!

3. If you are ever thrown into the trunk of a car,
kick out the back tail lights and stick your arm out the hole
and start waving like crazy..
The driver won't see you, but everybody else will.
This has saved lives.

4. Women have a tendency to get into their cars
after shopping, eating, working, etc., and just sit
(doing their chequebook, or making a list, etc.
DON'T DO THIS!)
The predator will be watching you, and this
is the perfect opportunity for him to get in
on the passenger side, put a gun to your head,
and tell you where to go.
AS SOON AS YOU GET INTO YOUR CAR ,
LOCK THE DOORS AND LEAVE..
If someone
is in the car
with a gun
to your head
DO NOT DRIVE OFF,
Repeat:
DO NOT DRIVE OFF!
Instead gun the engine
and speed into anything, wrecking the car.
Your Air Bag will save you.
If the person is in the back seat
they will get the worst of it .
As soon as the car crashes
bail out and run.
It is better than having them find your body
in a remote location.

5. A few notes about getting
into your car in a parking lot,
or parking garage:
A.) Be aware:
look around you,
look into your car,
at the passenger side floor ,
and in the back seat.
B.) If you are parked next to a big van,
enter your car from the passenger door.
Most serial killers attack their victims
by pulling them into their vans while the women
are attempting to get into their cars.
C.) Look at the car
parked on the driver's side of your vehicle,
and the passenger side .. if a male is sitting alone
in the seat nearest your car, you may want to walk back
into the mall, or work, and get a
guard/policeman to walk you back out.
IT IS ALWAYS BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY. (And better paranoid than dead.)

6. ALWAYS take the elevator
instead of the stairs.
Stairwells are horrible places to be alone
and the perfect crime spot.
This is especially true at NIGHT!)

7. If the predator has a gun
and you are not under his control,
ALWAYS RUN!
The predator will only hit you (a running target)
4 in 100 times; and even then,
it most likely WILL NOT be a vital organ..
RUN, Preferably in a zig -zag pattern!

8. As women, we are always trying
to be sympathetic:
STOP
It may get you raped, or killed.
Ted Bundy, the serial killer, was a good-looking,
well educated man, who ALWAYS played
on the sympathies of unsuspecting women.
He walked with a cane, or a limp, and often
asked 'for help' into his vehicle or with his vehicle,
which is when he abducted
his next victim.

9. Another Safety Point:
Someone just told me that her friend heard
a crying baby on her porch the night before last,
and she called the police because it was late
and she thought it was weird.. The police told her
'Whatever you do, DO NOT
open the door..'
The lady then said that it sounded like the baby
had crawled near a window, and she was worried
that it would crawl to the street and get run over.
The policeman said, 'We already have a unit on the way,
whatever you do, DO NOT open the door.'
He told her that they think a serial killer
has a baby's cry recorded and uses it to coax
women out of their homes thinking that someone
dropped off a baby... He said they have not verified it,
but have had several calls by women saying that
they hear baby's cries outside their doors
when they're home alone at night.

10. Water scam!
If you wake up in the middle
of the night to hear all your taps outside running or what you think is a
burst pipe, DO NOT GO OUT TO INVESTIGATE! These people turn on all your
outside taps full ball so that you will go out to investigate and
then attack.
Stay alert, keep safe, and look out for your neighbours!

Please pass this on
This e-mail should probably be taken seriously because
the Crying Baby Theory was mentioned on
America 's Most Wanted when they profiled
the serial killer in Louisiana
I'd like you to forward this to all the women you know.
It may save a life. A candle is not dimmed by lighting another candle.
I was going to send this to the ladies only,
but guys, if you love your mothers, wives, sisters, daughters, etc.,
you may want to pass it onto them, as well.

Send this to any woman you know who may need
to be reminded that the world we live in has a lot of crazies in it
and it's better to be safe than sorry.

Everyone should take 5 minutes to read this. It may save your life or
a loved one's life

(Yes! Do what he says, I'm not a scam, and i don't think this is too.

BTW, This is Ted Bundy's Wiki. He's A MUrderer! And disgusting, imagine having sex with a corpse! Eww~

Have a Nice Day :) )

Sleepover! Parrrrtttt 3!

Yes! We're gay again, we're being gay with the sleepover, man! This is the 3rd sleepover by the way, the last 2 havent been posted since it's still incomplete. It's not that i'm lazy or something, it's just because i'm super lazy . And yes! Sleepover aren't gay! Treat this as the second post after i posted the first sleepover. Thank you! Yes! We're being gay again, with pillow fights? No! We're being gay with languages and technology. This sleepover is all about technology and info's . So you can call this a hi-tech sleepover. Nah! I'm just saying, this is just a normal sleepover with more type of games, more comedy, but less fun. Yes! It is a little lesss fun than the last sleepover which is the 2nd one with Y-ish and J Dude. Because of the involving of naruto battling which consist of father and son and master and disciple battle. No.... This sleepover doesn't consist much of that, but we did laugh alot too...

This sleepover started with the coming of 4 asses coming to my house! Nah, i'm just joking, they are not asses, they are pure dudes! Not duddettes! Dudes, 4 pure LEO dudes coming to my house for the ECO christmas project this friday. D-boy came first, and then came V-thief , after they played naruto little fighters for awhile. Little fighters are cool man! Stop hating and start loving! Then came Y-ish and K-dawg, not together though . And don't ask why Y-ish can come all the time. You really want to? Well, we're brothers ma. Long lost brother. No, i'm just kidding. He's not my long lost brother. After a few hours of working, we got the centre of the cardboard X'mas tree finish, and it's only 25% of everything. And i have to finish all 75% in 2 days, plus a santa suit. Oh my, help!

V-thief and D-boy went back. And Y-ish and K-Dawg will be sleeping over. During dinner my dad cooked egg, and we have seaweed soup and vege cooked by my beloved Popo, and brought to my house by my aunt. Oh, so caring of them. But they prefer the fried egg, yea, i prefer the fry egg too, because i dont like seaweed, nor vege. I do love the brocolli and the meat in the soup though. After eating we went hi-tech playing. Yes! Computers. We played my shops, and happy tribe and island god. Yea, i know, it's just some boring facebook game. But there aren't any other game other then K-Dawg's NidoMS which bored 2 of us just by looking. But then Y-ish went japanese hunting . Yes! It all starts with ichi, ni, san, yon , go , roku, nana, hachi, kyuu, jiu to watashi wa anata no Chichida, which is written by me, and some other bad words like kutabare, usero, and gei, and even anata wa doseiai-shoda. Believe me , you don't want to know. You want? Be above 18 first. I'm not 18? Yea, you're right, but i wrote it. 3 of us was like posting in facebook, in japanese, and we 3 were like commenting to each other post using only japanese, acting like pros. You know what? We are pro! What? We aren't? Well, anata wa doseiai-shoda. Take that!

After the whole epic success of our japanese talking, we went focker watching. Yes! Focker watching, haven't heard of that? Well, we watched meet the parents while eating chips and sausages. They weren't really interested at first, but the sausages really attracted them . They watch the whole show, laughing out loud too, admitting that i'm right. Yea i knw, i'm a pro! :) It was around 2.30 or maybe even later when we finish Focker watching. My sister who is actually going to China and was in KL actually replied my sms after 1 day, i asked her if she took the Focker's CD, but i found it before she even replied. She asked me to see if the my Fluffy, Chubby, and Doggy have dog feeds in their bowls. Im incharge of my cute little pets since they are going on vacation leaving me and my dad at home. Nope, they're not evil. I chose to not go. So you can't blame on them, although i really feel like going now. Poor me! I checked my pets, and feed them, i know its late, but they have no feed in their bowls, maybe i forgot. Maybe my dad already feed them. Who knows? So i fed them . I went back into the house, saying Oyasumi to every online facebook friends, and then i went bathing and we ended the day like that....

.No! I'm not finish, we did off the light, but we weren't asleep. We slept in the furniture, we sleep together, side by side, gay-ishly. No, i'm just kidding. I put my leg on them, Y-ish went doing somethings you guys should not know. And its not sex! So don't think bad. And we were talking about K-Dawg's penis glowing, and you wouldn't want to know the rest.

So that's all for the first day. The second day will be on the next post, or maybe a few more next. Let's just see. Here's K-Dawgs blog which is whosyerdaddie.blogspot.com

Have a nice day :)

Ten tips on Going Green

GG! What's gg? I've lost? Does gg means i've lost? Your head are full of games, that's for sure. GG is Go Green la. Going green ma. I've talked about being MAD. But i did not told you how to go green. So today i'm going to give 10 example.

1. Do the 3Rs lo. What? You already know that? But maybe the others don't know. So don't be such a crowd and let me continue. 3Rs, reduce, reuse and recycle. Reduce the use of polystyrene and plastic and everything else. But not everything though , some things cannot. Reuse, reuse plastic, reuse cardboards. Reuse as much as possible, but don't reuse food la, u reuse for what? Eat again a? And lastly recycle. Why throw things away? Recycle it. Newspaper, plastic, cardboards and many other things can be recycled. Why throw it away when you can even earn from recycling? So yea! Doing the 3Rs is important.

2. Save electricity. How? Watch less tv, play less computer. That's an easy way. But the thing is, some of us dont even off the tv or the computer or anything else even when we're not using it. So make a change in your life, off your tv, turn ur computer to standby mode instead of letting it on. And another thing is, off the switch and pull out the plugs for charger, electric guitar, fan, radio, etc. You know why? You know? Why? No! It's not because there's an electric demon living in the plug or electric appliance. It's because the elecgtric continues to flow when the plug is plugged into the socket. So we're still wasting electric. So remember, unplugged, if possible.

3. Trees. Go green, so plant trees ma. But it does not have to be trees. Flowers, cactus, plants . Plant plants, plant greenies. Think about the advantages, you could eat them if you plant veges or fruits. It could prevent landslide. But it probably wont happen at your house. Reflect uv rays, i think. And most important, it produces oxygen which males the CO2 percentage decrease. Which decrease greenhouse effect. So plant trees, plant greens, for our future.

4. Car pooooooool....... Yes! Car pool. Do you know that carbon dioxide , soot, and other unhealthy elements are release from the exhaust pipe when the car engine is started. If less car is on the street, less car is turned on. Air pollution will be decreased, green house effect decrease too. We wouldn't want to live with dirty air don't we? What? What if you want too? Is the air in your town polluted? Cause the polluted air probably went into your brain, and you're thinking nuts. No! Of course you don't want to live with polluted air. So car pool, for the air we need.

5. Cycle, or walk, instead of driving. So less cars will be used . You know why? You know?! I mention in the last statement? There's another reason. So that we could save petrol. Petrol is used by us for cars, production of all kinds of things. And petrol will be finished in maybe 50 years? I'm not sure, but believe me, it's decreasing, rapidly. And these petroleum isn't made in a day's time. No! Not in a week too. Not in a month too. And yes! Not in a year too. It takes million of years to make petroleum exist. So cycle or walking for transportation really helps alot . Think about it, you get to exercise too, burn some fats, keep fit too. I know i'm fat! I'm working on the cycling and walking too. So cycle, or walk. It's fun too when there's company.

6. Clean up! What? I'm just a scam to make u clean your bedroom? No! It really is a way to help the earth. Which part? Green house effect. How? CO2 is conserve when you don't cleanup, the stuffiness will absorb CO2 and keep it there. When u clean up, the CO2 is released, and if you make your room neat and clean, no CO2 is absorb, and if you do it daily, there's no chance for CO2 to be absorbed. And think about it, your room will be clean after the clean up. A win-win. So clean up, your room, your house, your school, or maybe your whole city!

7. Become a VEGETARIAN! What? Yes! Of course i'm kidding. No! I'm actually not! Be a Vegetarian. You should look at your face when i mention vegetarian, it's hilarious. Yes, yes. I'm kidding, actually, it's eat less meat. If possible , become a vegetarian, but i will just stick to eat less meat. Being a vegetarian is optional. But don't go telling your mother you're going to be a vegetarian because of me. I don't want to die that soon. Why eat less meat? Save the animals ma. Not exactly going green, but is still important though. Think of the little bunnies. Think of the'cute little cuddling. Okay, maybe it wont cuddle . But think of the animals. Tonnes of animals are extinct because of us human. Ask MR.Manitee. Wait! There aren't any because we've cause them to go extinct. So save the animals.

8. Bring shopping bag to shopping mall to put the things bought into the bag instead of using their plastic bag. I know this is one of the 3Rs,but this is a way to go green too. Use less plastic. For your information, do you know that plastic bags disintegrate in 100,000 years? That's alot of zero's right? So use less plastic

9. Use less polystyrene. How? When you buy food from shops. Ask them to use those kind of paper that is brown in colour that is used to wrap food. Or maybe you could recommend cardboard boxes just like the polystyrene boxes to fill food. Just it is made of cardboard. Penang is using it too... At first it will be very expensive la. But this is all about economics. If people asked for more of these cardboard boxes, eventually it will cost way cheaper. And if less polystyrene is wanted. The price of polystyrene will increase too. ( My DC teach geh :))

10. I know what you're all thinking. Finally, the last one. Yes ! This is the last one for this post. Spread the GG! Don't just go green yourself. Go green, with your family, with your friends, with your cousin, with your neighbours. With everyone you know or you don't you can tell those you don't know if you dare. I'm telling you. Sometimes i tell people i don't know too. I'm not bluffing. Actually it all depends on you. You can do everything in this list, or maybe more than these. Or you could just ignore this post and continue living your ungreen life. Cause it's your choice. But remember! The Earth needs you, and everyone else, and you and everyone else needs Earth more than the Earth needs you. Remember Again! Make A Difference

So.... Go Green. Have a nice day :)

Click interesting right below if you like going green.

Ignorant?

WARNING!
This post contains language that can't be heard by children. And contains tonnes of foul language that could kill bugs just by them hearing it. There's a high percentage you might have the same fate too because of the foul language that might affect your brain and the radiation. And most of what you heard is just nonsense. Have a nice day reading this post.

Fork you! Yes! Fork you! Of course it's a foul language. What do you mean? It's not fork? Oh..... You're thinking about the F word. No i'm not going to use that. That word kills. Using a fork to kill people isn't foul? Well, you're pretty foul then.

You! Yes you! Not you lah, the one beside you. What? There's no one beside you you say?of course there, it's just you can't see it. Nah! He's just ignoring you. Yes IGNORE! You don't like that? No one like that for God's sake. But then those who ignores still ignores, why does they do that? I don't know, i dun ignore. I only get ignored.

Have you ever thought of ignoring someone, or have already ignored someone, or ignore people all the times, or you act chicken-ish? Well, sit you! Yes , SIT on you! You should just die in vain, no i don't mean that, but you should really think about changing. Yes, i really mean it. You should change.

Have you ever think about it. What's the good thing and bad things about ignoring. All i could think of the good things when you ignore is during death. When there's a bomb that is going to explode and destroy the whole town. You have to ignore everyone's existence and shield yourself. You survive, but no one's there to share the happiness of survival. When you're in war, and everyone's dead. If you want to get yourself alive, you have to ignore every surviving soldiers that can't move. And you will be looking at their faces, thinking of their faces yelping for help, and that will might haunt you forever! No kidding. Well, if you don't ignore you will die together and the survival chances is quite low.

But what if you're in a different situation. Let's say you passed someone you regcognize. You can always give them a nod of your head instead of walking away like a big fat ass! You increase your relation with him. And this is something good. Another example. When someone's talking to you, and you ignored him. You might say , i ignored him and he stops talking after awhile. Well... If he's sensitive. He'll hate you forever. I'm not saying i am though. But i really don't like it.

But , yes but. There's a circumstances where ignoring is good. When you are getting bullied by big fat bullies. Try ignoring them, dont give expression of sadness. And if possible, smile .... The best method for everything. If it does not work and those bullies still bullies you. Try the police. The police will help. I think. Or your parents. Or maybe the teachers. Don't kill them by yourself. Remember! No killing. It's guilty. What? I've not kill anyone before. Don't go around telling people fake rumours. I know i killed worms and plants before. But it is not guilty! I think?

So you peepz out there who ignores.... Stop ignoring and start loving.... Yes! Spread the love, to all over the world.

Remember.... I love all of you. :) ( not gay love, or love love. Just spreading the love love)

Kevjumba & Nigahiga

Yes, you are reading my blog again. But don't worry, cause this is not guilty unlike killing. Or is it? If it is, and you suspect something bad will happen, Turn OFF this page now, as fast as possible. Or maybe you would risk your life for me and read this post.

Aww..... Do you love me that much? I'm blushing already. I know this sounds gay at first. But try imagine me blushing gayly, and a gay who does gay stuff. Which is gay-er? Yea.... It's probably me. So what if i'm gay? You you you sexualisist(trying to make a word like racist) . Gay have honour too, man. Respect us!

I'm just kidding about the gay thing, i don't love you. But seriously, respect the gayditity, if that word even exist. Yes , respect them. But then, don't be gay, i'm not looking down on them or what, i'm not sexualism ( trying to make a word like racism). Sometimes i even act gay-ish, well... Not to tease gay people of course, just for fun . And really, gay people out there, i respect you ( completely not sarcastic( truth( I'm not doing reverse psychology( I swear!)))).

Oh my god, Kevin and Ryan is so hawt i want to kiss him. Yea, that might be what I'll say if i'm a girl which like boys, clearly stating. But then, i'm a boy. NO! I'm a MAN! So i don't love them. But I like them, not gay like of course , DUH.... They are cool. For some amature youtubers.... Okay, i admit, they are AWESOME! I like them alot. But still, i hate worms, just telling you, you don't need to be such a hater. They take cool awesome videos in youtube, Ryan, or Nigahiga, his youtube username, is hilarious. And Kevin, or Kevjumba, is just as funny. What? You say i'm not funny? I could be funnier than them...........sometimes........... I think?

Kevin's a chinese, he loves Yao Ming, and his dad is just hilarious, i really would like to have a dad like his, which would make me laugh all the times. But i'm not complaining, i like my dad too. And you can't judge him! And yea, he and his dad compete in The Amazing Race! Which is awesome, but eventually they got eliminated, they're just unlucky. Go watch Funemployed! It's hilarious. i'm not bluffing. Just trust me.

Ryan's a japanese..... I think. Hey, don't doubt my knowledge. I'm not stupid, how many times do you want me to tell you. I am not gay too. And yes, i hate you! No of course, i don't hate you, you're the man..... or the woman?Yes, be proud of that, it does not happen all the time. It might be the only time you'll get this from me. Unless you're lucky. Yes , Ryan is very fit, i know i'm not, don't need to shoot it up my face. And yes, i'm still eating alot. Stop asking me embarassing question! What? You did not? I guess i'm a mind reader, all hail the pro-ish mind reader...... Ryan actually made a 30 minute video called ASS . No! Not your butt, it's Agent of Secret Stuff. And it really is funny , no kidding. And he really loves the word TEE HEE. That makes it alittle funny too.

So get your mouse and click to open a new window to watch all of their FUNNY videos! Yes, no regrets, no unsatisfication, that is if you're not a hater, or hate lame things. You're lame for not enjoying it, go get a life. I'm just kidding. Thumbs up for the great joke....... You don't need to use that middle finger you hater.

Yes, the last part, part of you might be thinking. 'Haiz, why does good things have to end so fast?' Well? Thumbs up to you guys ,you're the best. And some will think ' Har? Finish already? What did i read again?' Don't worry, i don't hate you for this, cause if you want to know you have to read it all over again( Ah..... sweet revenge). And some haters will think. ' FINALLY! This ass stop crapping.' I hate you......

By the way, here's Kevin's link. Kevjumba. And Ryan's, Nigahiga. And I'm not stalking them! Stop mentioning it. Okay okay, im stalking. Alittle

Have a nice day :)

MAD! MAD!

YES I'm MAD . I'm really really MAD. You see my big red BUTTS??! What? NO! It's not that , that's stupid. And NO! I dun hate you baboons. I'm not racist! NO! I'm not gay either. What's MAD? You're asking me? Being MAD isn't running all over the house screaming like a gay! NO! it's not kissing a baboon too! It actually stands for Making A Difference. YES! Making A Difference, not change the way u look by going bald. NO! It's GOING GREEN, Save Earth. You know. Mother Nature. And YES! I'm a LEO. Proud to be one too... And YES, ALL of us LEOs are MAD...................... Okay, not all, mostly those much active one are MAD.

Why am i proud of being MAD? ASK yourself! When is the last time u hugged earth! NO, you haven't done so, earth is humongous that could give home to a few billion, maybe ZILLION! And yes, the word zillion does not exist, but alot of human does, and it only took 25% of Earth. HOW! Yes, How!? Could u possibly hug something that big. I'm talking about giving your love. And no, not having s** with it. That's just disgusting. Care for it, guys! Think of the cute little bunnies, puppies; worms. Okay, not worms, they are not cute, but they are useful though. Think of the trees, think of your computer, think about YOURSELF! YES, You! If there's no earth, there's no YOU! So help mother earth. Plant trees, avoid using plastic bag, or maybe plastic too, don't forget to not use polystyrene too. Use one less a day and you use 365 plastic less, yea, that's not alot. But if you think it much bigger, if the whole Malaysia , which consists of 26 million people, use one less plastic bag a day, the world use 9496 million plastic less a year. Advice your friends, tell them to help mother earth, tell them to start giving love. And YES! I'm not talking about simply have s** with people , that'S disgusting and irritating...Yea it really is.

Save the Earth! Like me, I'm MAD. What?! Is being MAD guilty? Is being MAD gay? Does being MAD have to be locked up in jail? Why dun u lock me up in a mental hospital then? Cause I admit that I'm MAD, and i will continue to be MADder and MADder.

You are not a LEO? join us then? What!? you do not want too? Don't join then, I'm not holding a knife beside you trying to cut that vein by your neck. No that's guilty, but i didn't say i won't. :) I'm MAD after all. And No! I'm not going to kill your cute little dog. Who would do that? You're just cruel! Yes! You don't need to join LEO . Yes you don't need to! Although i didn't say you shouldn't .

Yes! Saving Earth is everyone's job. NO! You do not need to quit your current job. No! You might go bankrupt, and no food... So yes! Quitting your current job is not advisable. A LEO, a Interactor, or maybe something, or maybe nothing. I'm talking about organization, not being racist. Yes ! Whatever you are, a LEO, a Interactor, a Mother, a Lawyer, a Girl , a Gay, a Cow, a Dog , a Cat, a Frog, or a Worm? Eww..... Yes, if you're something on Earth, you should consider saving Mother Earth. And NO! She's not my real existing mother, am I that big? Seriously, you're kidding right? Do NOT forget that I'm MAD. You might just DIE....... What? I'm just joking, can't take a joke? Small gas....

Yes! You should help save Mother Earth. You don't need to go totally green, bAby steps will do. Like me, start eating at restaurant instead of packing. And if you seriously need to pack? Use paper then, ask for it. Bring a bag, avoid using plastic. Bring a bag to carry things, don't get more plastic. Reuse plastic bag, for rubbish bin or anything, instead of just throwing them away. Reduce, use paper cups and paper plates and paper things during parties or any other event instead of using plastic or polystyrene. Yea ,i know parties are fun.... I'm not a dumbass. Recycle. YES! Recycle everything you can. NO! Not your walls of your house, you need that for your house. And NO! Not your computer, there's facebook in there. But if you insist, go on then. There are many other ways, but you could start with baby steps. NO! I,m not saying that you are a baby. NO! I'm not Age-ist. So that's probably all for now. Be MAD, and be Happy.

Weird Weird Day

When the sun raise to the sky and shine brightly, there is these prince and princess..... Bla Bla Bla, This post isnt about some stupid prince or princess. Yes prince and princesses in fairy tales are sometimes stupid. Just kidding, i hope i dun break ur small little fragile heart.

Let's start over again. I start this day , lets say from 12.00a.m. It all started with a stomach ache. I've got this damn stomach ache for the 5 th day already. But this stomach ache is kind of weird. It isn't as pain in the morning compared to at night. Like a vampire, can come out at night only. With this stomach ache that aches alot. I switched position every minute, so that i can sleep. I switch places, i switch direction, but i never stops bugging me! I ran upstairs, i ran downstairs, i go to my mothers room, and then the furniture, and then my room, and then my sister's room. But no~~~, he must continue to bug me, i ate poh leng pills, but still its the same. Untill 4 in the morning, i lay on the furniture sofa, and finally, i fell asleep.

I woke up at 10 in the morning later. My mum asked' why sleep in the furniture?' and i said, ' i pain till cannot sleep' Then she actually brought me to a clinic. Usually i have to keep asked her to bring me. But then today she brought me there without me begging. It costs 25 bucks, just to see a doctor, who tells me there is nothing to worry about and check alittle things, and gave me some medication. Then we went back home.

I was lying on the sofa, still suffering from pain, when my mum suddenly came and ask, ' you really wan a C6?' then i say, 'yes'. You see, i have never own a phone of my own, all the phones i used are all were once used by either, my mum , my aunt, my sister. And all the phone ive used does not cost over 300. I think. And ive got some things to do ma, my little sister got one new phone which cost 500, for me C6 quite fair what? Well, yesterday, i accidentally drop my phone on the floor, and it went crazy, it cant be used, and i have tonnes of work to do. So i complained alot, yea, im a bad boy. But then, my phone drops again, and it went back to normal . LOL, funny eh? So i stop complaining, and i did not mention about the phone things. Who knows my mum would asked me if i wanted it. I was like, ' why do you wan to buy me a phone all of a sudden?' Then my sister went laughing' got phone oso dun wan?' I took my phone out and say, my phone ok le, then my mum ask, 'you wan to buy or not? If dun wan, can wait till your phone spoil, then the phone price might drop. You better think nicely if you want' I went thinking, and thinking, i wanted to say, alright, dun buy, next time buy. But then, this is a rare chance, and i always wanted this phone, for few months already, so i said ' yes, i wan this phone'

Then my mum took me to econsave, ask about the phone, and then she took me to another shop to ask about the phone, and actually made an order. So, i will get a new phone tomoro, but ill be at penang for our once in a year Leo Day, and MAD Parade. Come to think of it, i still wanted to say no to my mum for the phone. I kind of Feel Guilty . =( sob

Yeah, today is a Weird day for me, because of the phone thing, especially the phone thing!
